About Frameo

Frameo is an agentic AI video production platform. We're part of Dashverse - a full-stack AI entertainment company also operating DashReels, our micro-drama distribution app.

Creators bring their core inputs to Frameo: characters, locations, and a script. Some they upload, some they generate with us through conversation with our agent. We turn those inputs into shots, then assemble the shots into an episode. The first time a creator sees their story come to life in a generated shot - that's the moment Frameo has to earn. The product leading up to it has to feel purposeful, not procedural.

That's the design problem. And that's what you'd own.

About the role

Design at Frameo isn't decoration on top of a pipeline. It's the structure that makes a multi-step, AI-driven, chat-led production process feel like a single coherent craft tool. You'll own the experiences that turn complex workflows like agent interactions, asset libraries, script-to-shot mapping, generation queues, shot review, episode assembly into flows a first-time creator can move through with confidence.

What you'll do

• Own and ship end-to-end product design for Frameo — from first-time creator onboarding to advanced production workflows.

• Design for an agentic, chat-first surface: conversational flows, agent state, tool calls made visible, and the handoffs between chat and canvas.

• Design for AI-native creative tooling: long-running generations, asset reuse, script-driven structures, review-and-regenerate loops, and the edge cases that come with all of them.

• Translate messy production realities — character bibles, location libraries, shot-level parameters, timeline assembly — into interfaces that feel durable, legible, and built for repeat use.

• Use product analytics (funnels, drop-offs, experiments) to iterate on design.

• Build interactive prototypes to pressure-test flows before they ship.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ML — at Frameo, design is shaped as much by what the models can do as by what the user needs.

• Participate and lead user research for specific problems.

What we're looking for

• 3-8 years of experience, preferably in startups or mid-sized companies.

• Owned and shipped design solutions that were rooted in problems and led to measurable business outcomes.

• A strong sense of UX, visual design, and motion design.

• A working understanding of design fundamentals, UX principles, and accessibility best practices.

• Comfort designing complex, multi-step workflows — not just screens, but systems.

• Experience using vibe coding tools — Claude, Codex, Cursor — to prototype or build.

Good to have

• Experience designing creative tools or pro-grade software (video editors, design tools, DAWs, 3D tools, no-code builders).

• Familiarity with node-based, timeline-based, or chat-based interfaces.

• Experience designing for AI-driven or agentic products — generation, review, regeneration, agent loops.
